Cinematica Weddings is a one-person photography and film studio. This site exists to show work and to let couples get in touch. It does not sell anything online, does not run ads, and does not sell or rent your information to anyone — ever.

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your names, email, phone if you provide it, your date and location, and your message. That information is used to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to plan and deliver your wedding coverage.

Like most websites, basic technical information (browser, approximate region, pages viewed) may be logged by our hosting provider and a privacy-respecting analytics tool so we can understand how the site is used. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you.

The form is handled by a third-party form provider, which forwards your message to our email and may retain a copy in our account with them. We keep enquiry emails for as long as is useful for our records; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

This site uses few or no cookies. If analytics are enabled, the tool we use is configured to avoid cross-site tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

If you book us, the use of your wedding images and film — for our portfolio, social media, this site, submissions to publications, and similar — is governed by the agreement we sign together, not by this notice. If you would prefer your wedding stay private, tell us; we will honour it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cinematicaweddings@gmail.com and we will take care of it. You can also simply not use the contact form — calling or emailing directly works just as well.

This site is intended for adults arranging wedding services. It is not directed at children.

If this notice changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes will be obvious. Continuing to use the site after an update means you are okay with the current version.
